          For over 35 years, Dr. John Gottman and his associates have been researching marriages.  Since 1999, they have been presenting their findings to couples in weekend workshops in Seattle, as well as training certified clinicians to present their workshop across the country.

           The first Gottman Weekend Couples Workshop to be presented in New Mexico will take place at The Lodge in Cloudcroft, NM on Oct. 4—5, 2008. Since we are expecting couples from all over the southwest, and space is limited, we recommend that you register early.

           Co-presenters are Patty Hollister, LMFT, and Terry Sterrenberg, LCSW.  Patty has a practice in Alamogordo, NM, and Terry hails from Seattle.  Both are certified by The Gottman Institute to present the workshop, and Terry recently was distinguished by being named a Master Teacher by the Gottman Institute.
